The worst website i have ever dealt…

The worst website i have ever dealt with!!
Please take care do not order
I have placed a big order for several pairs of shoes, the order was in delay
I called several times the customer service and they kept saying it’s processing and will go out of the warehouse. And suddenly after more than 10 days they said that all the items i ordered are not in stock and that they will refund me after 14 days. How come that more than 6 items are not in stock!! So why are they appear available online then. And they were gifts taken while traveling so very disappointing i have no time to buy or order from other website.

Visibly weary pair of boots arrived in package

Ordered online and got a visibly weary pair of MK boots in the package. When I emailed to understand, I was very rudely and repeatedly asked to return and was told that these items are not always guaranteed to be new. Apparently, it’s okay to get worn and weary items when sold on sale from Browns. It was a hassle and a disappointment all in one.

I ordered shoes back in November 2020 and it is now March 2021 almost April 2021 and I have yet to receive my shoes and they keep saying be patient. I asked for my money back several times and they refuse to refund me my money. Than id id reserch on this company and i found their help which is 845five2one 7245 i got my penny back from them

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!! REALLY

I bought a pair of WATERPROOF ARTICA ZEST that retails at $298.00 for $239.98. They were supposed to be knee high suede boots. I quickly became suspicious when I received them. The shoe of the boot was suede, the rest was fake suede. I reached out to the chat line and was told that the whole boot was suede...guaranteed. I returned the boots to the store and the clerk confirmed that it was only the bottom that was suede. The description clearly states: Material: Suede. This is fraud. I will not buy from this company again. To sell fake leather for that kind of money and lie about it in writing and on their website.... Seriously???

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ORDERED MOCCASINS NOVEMBER 23,2020 STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN PRODUCTS BUT I DO GET EMAILS THAT ARE GENERIC AND AUTOMATED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Ugh...annoying

Ugh. I just tried to place an order online and the order won't go through (multiple times) despite the fact that all the information is correct (I used the very same card/info to place an order with Little Burgundy). I have contacted customer service, but it doesn't seem like the issue is going to be resolved - super irritating as I'm trying to get my husband some new boots and want to minimize trips out since I'm about 5+ months pregnant during this COVID fiasco.

I received boots that were two…

I received boots that were two different sizes and no return label. I tried contacting customer service 4 times and received no response after a full week. I had to drive over an hour to the one store that had my size, spending my gas money and putting myself at risk in a mall during covid, while pregnant. Will NOT be shopping here again.

Poor customer service.

Me and my wife were at their Chinook mall branch yesterday and saw matching pairs of shoes we liked. There were no available sizes for both of us so we ordered, paid for them right away and have them shipped to the same store. Afterwhich, my wife and I asked the salesperson if we could try our desired sizes from the same shoe brand even with a different style just to make sure we ordered the right sizes. Her face suddenly turned sour and seemed irritated, she then went to their stock room and brought out 2 pairs of shoes as requested. I was about to try mine when I noticed she gave me a size 8.5 instead of 9. I said to her, "I think you gave me the wrong size because this is 8.5." Instead of saying sorry, the lady replied "well it says 9 on the box!" I didn't get her name but her hair had green highlights. Now I can't help but wonder if
Browns teach their staff proper customer service because she obviously didn't like what she was doing. Also, are we supposed to just agree with her even if we knew the sizes didn't match?

Such poor service

Such poor service. I ordered a pair of shoes and they are apparently defective. Why are they showing as available when there's a problem with them? I rec. My order confirmation but they claim my email was wrong and they couldn't send me the cancelation email.. hmm.. They were the ONLY pair I could find. I asked for compensation but there apparently don't offer that? I work in e-commerce and if a cx is not happy we will do what we can to make them. Definitely won't be shopping with them again

Apparently if an item is on sale it…

Apparently if an item is on sale it means they send you old, worn shoes. One of the boots that I got is clearly new and the other was clearly a floor model/has been tried on who knows how many times. I am very disappointed. I contacted customer service and they gave me the option to get a refund (which is super inconvenient because I have to spend time dealing with shipping them back), but I am still very bothered because I feel like I was very mislead. Plus I was really looking forward to getting such a great deal on a cute new pair of boots! Buyer beware!

So bad

So bad. They prepare the package in 6 days, and it's not even shipped yet. When we called to ask why that was taken so long, they've almost insulted us and said that was normal delays. 6 days to prepare a package is NOT normal delay - it will take another 3-4 days to ship. Do not order with them.
